These classes are personalized for every individual. They’re hands on, detail oriented and aimed at teaching you to move better.

You will learn to improve movement, core, breathing, joint health, tissue quality, body control,  awareness, strength and stability.

I use a number of tools to tailor classes for you, including Functional Range Conditioning, Restorative Yoga, Postural Restoration Institute, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise and Yoga for Athletes frameworks.

  • The Functional Range Conditioning technique focuses on optimal joint health. You will learn how to connect your unique anatomy and biomechanics to improve range of motion, skill and function.

  • Experience huge mobility progress without risking injury– clients leave class experiencing lasting range of motion.

Initial Assessment Session: 2100 EGP / 70 USD

The assessment is essential for ensuring a program that is truly tailored to your body and unique needs. It is a great tool to understanding your body better, your natural movement patterns, compensations, asymmetries as well as your limitations. By the end of the assessment, you will receive a document outlining how each joint in your body functions, as well as my recommendations on which areas need to be prioritized.

1 Session: 1600 EGP / 50 USD

4 Sessions: 5200 EGP / 170 USD

All sessions can take place online, or at the private studio in Palm Hills, Sheikh Zayed, Egypt.
