Personal Information is your legal name, address, phone number, class history and accounting details. 

Card and Bank Account details are handle by our webshop provider Paypal.

2. How do we collect and use Personal Information

We collect your Personal Information for accounting and for everyday use in administration and services regarding classes and online purchases. 

This makes us the “Data Controller”

Flow by Farah processes your Personal Information to enable the various features and services in our software (website/costumer profile). It includes Profiles, Booking System, Webshop & Newsletter in case of class cancellation. 

We also process your Personal Information for future improvements and development of our services. And by being an active costumer you consent to this. 
 

3. How long is your Personal Information stored.

We will store end use your personal information as long as you use Flow by Farah services and for an additional 5 years for accounting.

4. How we share your Personal Information. 

Flow by Farah will not share your personal information with a third party, without your consent.
